We are looking for Android Developers who is passionate about their work and desire to learn and excel. As a Senior Android Engineer, you will be building amazing products that will help people live safer lives globally.
Responsibilities :
- Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs Help maintain code quality, organisation.
Requirements :
- 3+ year of Android development.
- Good knowledge of the mobile landscape, different architectural/design patterns, trends, and emerging technologies.
- Experience writing unit tests and testable code.
- Excellent command over Data Structures and Algorithms.
- Familiar with Material Design guidelines, common mobile UX patterns, and anti-patterns Knowledge of third party SDK integrations.
- Experience working in an Agile environment and project management tool like Jira.
- Design, build and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable Java code.
- Optimize the battery, data and resource footprint of Kruzr.
- Control release cycle, testing, automation, continuous delivery and analytics for Kruzr.
- Experience with offline storage, background services, threading, FCM and performance tuning Experience with handling phone state like calls, sound state.
Good to have :
- Self-starter (we are a startup in early stage, after all).
- A strong sense of ownership of work, and the persistence to chip away at a problem until you can find a solution.
- Experience in developing apps in the mobility sector or developing enterprise-level apps with complex and multiple integrations.
