The ETL Developer will design, develop, enhance, performance tune and maintain Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) objects and scripts. They will liaise among stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies and information systems.
Responsibilities:
- Tests data extraction/integration
- Performs performance testing and tuning
- Extracts, migrates, and integrates data for assigned projects
- Entry into governance systems
- Support data warehouse build and infrastructure
- Provide status reports to management team
- Escalates project issues when necessary. Experience working with general ETL architecture
- Experience with full life cycle of data including data analysis, ETL, dimensional modeling, data transformation and meta-data management
- Exposure to ETL coding and database design
- Strong knowledge of SQL and data manipulation and analysis
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to extract, manipulate, and integrate enterprise data
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or International equivalent preferred.
- Usage of PL/SQL, ORACLE SQL, or TOAD.
- BI Publisher preferred
