- Degree in computer science, comparable training or experience
- Experience as developer, using Agile methodologies
- 2+ years’ experience in people management
- Good communication skills in English
- Logical, analytic thinking, structured and target-oriented approach, very good problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Java
