your job

  • Be a servant leader, your team comes first

  • Lead a Squad, cross-functional team, in the development of our banking services

  • Conceptualize and manage projects, following Agile methodologies

 your skills

  • “Let’s make it happen” attitude

  • Degree in computer science, comparable training or experience

  • Experience as developer, using Agile methodologies

  • 2+ years’ experience in people management

  • Good communication skills in English

  • Logical, analytic thinking, structured and target-oriented approach, very good problem-solving skills

  • Knowledge of Java
