Senior IT Administrator - (m/f/d), fulltime at Talentry GmbH (München, Deutschland)

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT System Administrator (m/f/d) who wants to take over the responsibility for and further improve our entire internal IT. As we are a young, growing company, there is a lot of freedom and room for technical creativity. We believe in modern cloud technology such as Microsoft Azure, Office 365, OneDrive or Slack, which we use internally. In addition to providing IT support, extending our technical infrastructure and defining scalable processes, we have a focus on IT security and automation.

Your tasks

• Responsibility for our internal IT (currently ~50 people)
• 
  
• Continuous improvement and automation of internal IT processes
• 
  
• Internal IT support (supported by a working student)
• 
  
• Procurement and inventory of hardware and software
• 
  
• Administration of accounts and permissions
• 
  
• Creating internal guidelines and building an ISMS
• 
  
• Assisting certification activities and audits (e.g. ISO 27001)
• 
  
• Contact person for data protection issues (in close collaboration with our data protection agency)
• 
  

Your profile

• 
  
• Finished professional education (or university degree) in an IT-related area.
• 
  
• 3+ years of experience working as an IT System Administrator.
• 
  
• You are proficient in most of the following topics: Network technology, firewalls, Active Directory, MDM, Office 365, DNS, encryption, Linux, Windows, Mac OSX, backup strategies, virtualization, scripting, monitoring, helpdesk/support, documentation.
• 
  
• Ideally, you have experience with IT security, data protection, ISMS and/or ISO 27001.
• 
  
• You are highly independent in your work, but you also enjoy working in a team.
• 
  
• You are proficient in written and spoken German.
• 
  
• You are proficient in written and spoken English.
•
