When you own the Technical Support Engineer (Secure Identity Server/Services) role, what will you be accountable for?
- You coalesce feedback from technical teams to improve ease of future deployments and ensure scalability in line with customer requirements
- You collaborate with engineers around the world to develop a deep understanding of our Secure Identity products
- You link the knowledge and expertise of several engineering teams to become an authority focused on all Secure Identity hardware and software products
- You deliver excellent customer experiences by understanding customer needs and striving to achieve workable solutions
- You create and deliver training on the Secure Identity product line to both externally and internally
Job Requirements
What skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
Necessary (Check List)
- Strong communication (verbal and written) combined with leadership ability
- Extensive scripting experience, Bash/Shell
- Experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services) deployments with EC2, web services, etc…
- REST API structure and implementation – knowledge of HTTPS and REST architecture, SOAP
- Experience with development and testing frameworks such as JUnit and Gradle
- Experience in Cloud and SaaS technologies, for example: Docker, Kubernetes, Kibana, Radiator
- MySql or MongoDB experience including basic relational db design and implementation
- Experience with CI/CD systems like GoCD
- Experience with versioning systems such as git, svn, hg
- Experience working with customers to solve technical problems
- Ability to thrive in autonomyGSMA SIM provisioning background and experience with eUICC, CCIDs, eSIM, OTA, SM-SR/SM-DP, ISD-R/ISD-P
Desirable (Huge Plus)
- Java, Go, JavaScript, Python programming languages
- Linux and open source technologies
- VPN technologies
- Micro service architecture based deployments (such as SOA)
- SMPP and SMS systems
- Smart card or embedded systems technologies
- Technical support experience with Carriers and MVNOs
- Embedded software development
- Mobile software development
- ARM technologies such as TrustZone
MS Computer Science preferred or equivalent experience with BS in Computer Science
