Sr. Web Developer
Gorilla Logic is looking for a talented Web Developer to work alongside a team of talented developers to design, develop, deploy and maintain web software. You will be responsible for developing both internal and external facing products. Products must be developed in a secure manner with special consideration to both performance and usability.
Requirements
- 5+ years JavaScript experience with Node
- ReactJS experience, preferable with Redux patterns (best practices
- Experience with Server Side Rendering
- 2+ years of Node experience building APIs and using ExpressJS
- Writing tests with Mocha, Jasmine, Chai; prefer Nightwatch
- Experience using Grunt, Gulp, Webpack or other front end asset processing technologies using Node
- A very good understanding of HTML5 and CSS3 as well as browser quirks
- Expert understanding of HTTP and Rest Web Services
- An understanding of jQuery legacy applications
- Experience in a high traffic environment
- Proficiency with git and Github
Bonus Skills
- Experience with different caching technologies
- Experience with video streaming technologies
- Experience with Social Media APIs
