Senior Front End Developer at NO-Telenor Digital AS (Lysaker, Norway)

Were establishing a new team in Telenor which will be responsible for creating and maintaining a company-wide design system framework (think material-design). This is an ambitious undertaking, and were looking for two passionate and talented front end engineers to join the team. Since the team is new, your contribution will be vital and you will have the opportunity to shape the direction of the framework.

The framework were creating will be used globally, which means that youll have to create excellent user experience on a global level. Our main markets are Scandinavia, Eastern-Europe, and South-Asia.

Technical requirements
* Great JavaScript (+ node/npm) knowledge
* Great HTML5/CSS3 knowledge
* Good knowledge of JS build tools (Webpack, Gulp, Rollup, Grunt, etc)
* Significant experience with 1) One modern frontend framework (react, vuejs, angular, ember etc.), 2) One CSS preprocessor (LESS, SCSS, Stylus etc.) and 3) One CSS methodology (BEM, SMACSS, SUIT, etc)
* Experience working with git
* Experience in web standards, accessibility, SEO etc
* Experience with API design for libraries/frameworks
* Experience with distributing, maintaining and versioning libraries/frameworks
* Experience with other programming languages (Java, Python, C#, C++, etc) is a plus
* Experience working with CSS animations is a plus
* Design experience is a plus

Personal requirements
* Must enjoy working cross functionally
* Ability to gather requirements and communicate effectively with team members
* Experience with agile development methodology (Scrum, Kanban, etc)
* Desire to learn new technologies and tools, such as TravisCI, Jenkins, Github, UCD, etc
