THE ROLE
At FinancialForce, the DevOps team plays a special role in providing a world-class set of infrastructure and tools, ensuring that our Agile development teams can work as productively as possible to deliver great features to our customers. We take the principles of enterprise level engineering and apply them to the Salesforce Force.com platform, using various technologies to integrate APIs and tools such as Git, Jenkins, Jira, Force.com, AWS and Heroku. ESSENTIAL SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in Linux system administration
Development background in (Java or other OO languages) and/or (Ruby or other Scripting languages)
Familiarity with system management tools (Chef, Puppet, Salt, etc.)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong verbal and written communicator
Resourcefulness in getting over problems and establishing clarity
