Help Desk Administrator at HireWorks, LLC (Dallas, TX)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Set-up, maintain and troubleshoot all computers for all employees
• Maintain the standard Windows OS build, patch level and applications
• Develop documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, etc. for reference and audit requests
• Deploy, configure, secure, manage and monitor employee devices and applications
• Serve as the face of internal support, escalating issues to the internal resources
• Respond and assist local and remote employees via phone, live chat, email and in person
• Follow-up on help desk tickets and ensure issues have been resolved
• Run metric and trending reports
• Manage assets, licenses, access, policies, updates and applications
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems with laptops, tablets and printers
• Conduct IT portion of employee onboarding and offboarding

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree required
• 2+ years of experience in a Help Desk or IT Technical Service role required
• CompTIA A+ or MCSA Windows 10 certifications preferred
• Experience with Windows 10, Office 365 and Active Directory
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective prioritization and time management skills
• Patience dealing with difficult help desk issues
• Experience with deployment methodologies: MDT, WDS, ADK, etc.
• Experience with MDM (Mobile Device Management) & Microsoft Intune preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55,000.00 to $60,000.00 /year
