Who we are
Instead of going on about how amazing we are, (everyone does that right?) we’ll just say that we have developers that have been with us for over 10 years. Either those developers are suckers for punishment, or we have an awesome work environment and awesome benefits!
What we’re looking for
The title says it all but if we were forced to say more, we would say that we’re interested in PHP Developers (Laravel serious asset), Ruby/RoR Developers, Python Developers, Magento , iOS/Swift, Android Developers.
How we work, type or projects.
Our developers are expected to lead clients down the right path. If the client refuses to follow, we let them go. There’s no use going down the wrong path with a client and then getting blamed when they realize their developer was right all along. We have too many clients who are waiting in line, ready to follow you.
To summarize
Mentel looks at its development team almost like a hockey team. We try to have the best players possible within our means, and we’re always on the lookout for new players that can contribute to our success. We also make sure that the existing team that’s taken us to where we are today, is well taken care of. Are you ready? Let’s get it on!
