RentPath is looking for a CRM Analyst with strong critical thinking and analytical skills. The ideal candidate enjoys project management and analyzing data.
The CRM Analyst will be working across different teams, gathering requirements to build email marketing campaigns, as well report on the campaigns that were and help to drive testing strategies, analyze the results and work to optimize as needed.
A Day in the Life

You will gather business requirements across different teams to build the necessary email marketing campaigns.
You will monitor reporting activity and notify the relevant teams of any major changes in activity that may need further investigation.
You will prepare performance reports and to share with internal business stakeholders.
You will work to identify impactful business problems and translate them into structural analysis and actionable insights.
You will demonstrate effective oral and written communication with other team members and business stakeholders.
You will have the opportunity to take personal ownership meaning, you will go beyond assigned tasks to make projects better, identifies and report issues, demonstrates strong concern for client and initiatives.
You will have the ability to translate business needs into product analysis objectives, business and data requirements.
You will work with the different business teams to ensure the correct data flows, and tagging is in place to provide a high level of reporting needed to support a reporting dashboard and other reporting needs.
What We Need From You
You have a strong background in data analysis, interpreting data, developing reports and visualizations.
You bring strong problem solving and organization skills to the role.
You have experience with complex data sets and reporting analysis.
You have experience with an email platform a plus ex. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, MailChimp, IBM Watson Campaign Automation.
You have successfully completed your Bachelors degree in related field.
You have strong Microsoft Office - Excel and PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio skills, and are particularly strong with Pivot Tables in Excel or similar tool.
You have strong critical thinking and analytic skills.
Knowledge of SQL or willingness to learn SQL, and hopefully you bring experience with SQL building data queries.
