Signavio is looking for an outstanding visual and UI designer to join our team that delivers our flagship product, Signavio Process Manager. In this new role, you will be reporting to the Product Manager and working alongside other talented designers and developers.
Description
- Design screens and improve the interaction design of Signavio Process Manager
- Apply knowledge of UI design to develop high-fidelity mock-ups
- Develop pixel perfect components and assets for all projects
- Create and make decisions that implement a design language that is consistent throughout the product and our product Suite
- Inspire teams with your vision for future user experiences
- Strategically imagine, conceive of, manage, and drive UI design projects from concept to implementation
- Act as liaison to provide feedback and ensure design integrity of projects between various stakeholders
- Participate in research and collaborate closely with UX designers
Requirements
- Degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, or evidence of exceptional ability
- A stellar portfolio that showcasing strong visual design skills for beautiful consumer focused software products in the B2B realm
- At least one year in a senior creative role
- Demonstrable experience in the creation of new visual languages
- Experience directing and/or mentoring other visual designers
- Ability to produce great work in short timeframes, and manage time efficiently while multi-tasking
- Ability to communicate design concept ideas through sketches, prototypes and wireframes
- Must be extremely proficient in at least one state of the art design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator or Sketch
- Basic coding skills with HTML and CSS. Coding skills with JavaScript and ReactJS is a plus
- Fluency in English, German is a plus
