We want to hire a Backend Developer - Mobility Platform for Autonomous Vehicles (m/f), who is passionate about the future of mobility.

What you'll be doing
- Develop a cloud native Platform as a Service for driverless mobility services, coordinate, and collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to build a scalable solution
- Implement tools for real-time distributed log/stream processing and analysis of structured data & un-structured data from vehicles
- Help bring our end-to-end data pipelines to the next level of scalability and reliability.
- Translate requirements from product owners into development tasks
- Conduct end-to-end tests with prototype autonomous vehicles on public roads and analyze experimental data to improve the service.
- Deploy the mobility platform on AWS and support its use
Minimum Qualifications
- A degree in Computer Science with 3-5 years of professional experience as a Data Engineer or Backend Engineer
- Demonstrated proficiency in at least two of: Python, Scala, Java
- Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker) and Container Management software (Kubernetes, Mesos)
- Experience with modern data streaming/messaging/real-time processing/storage technologies: Kinesis , Kafka, Storm, Spark, Flink etc
- Hands-on experience of designing a cloud native platform using AWS; especially Kinesis, DynamoDB, Lambda, S3, Cloud formation, ECS
- Experience with Test Driven Development and Agile methodology.
A plus would be
- Experience in building dashboards
- Automotive Experience
