Senior PHP Developer - join Copenhagen's fast growing Digital Tribe at Digital Warehouse, YouSee (København, Denmark)

Become part of YouSee and join us in developing next level software solutions, based on Puppet, Linux / Docker, PHP, MySQL, Laravel / Lumen, Monologue, ElasticSearch, etc.

We are looking for an experienced PHP developer who will be part of building one new overall login setup by consolidating all previous login systems across brands. In other words, you will share the responsibility for the login process across all our channels at YouSee (music, TV, various apps, website, etc.)

You are motivated by complex issues and take great pride in your work. You will be working in one of YouSee’s hugest hubs where downtime is not an option. Hence, we expect a reciprocal professional approach to tasks and solutions so that we can ensure the good customer experience together.

You will become part of a highly specialized team of 8 developers, 1 BA, 1 UX, 1 scrum master, and 1 product owner. As the titles indicate, you will work with agile methods, where we expect you to proactively assist in formulating tasks and solutions.

You have
• at least 7 years of experience as a PHP developer. Your educational background is less important, but it's a big plus if you have a strong theoretical background. However, the essential thing is that you love to code and challenge yourself as well as your team.
• broad knowledge of Linux, PHP, MySQL or similar databases
• experience in large PHP-based solutions with many users
• experience in test and data-driven development
• preferably experience in Puppet, Docker, NoSQL, Laravel, Lumen, Monologue, ElasticSearch
• preferably experience with DevOps in a similar environment
• preferably experience in similar login systems
• preferably experience in scrum or similar agile working methods

You are
• a problem solver
• inventive and creative thinking
• not necessarily super outgoing but you are expected to enjoy working in teams and have good teamwork skills
• proactive and can easily take the lead
