Responsibilities

• Mentor and assist Manage IT Support staff including supporting duties and providing governance and leadership for staff.
• Customer Service Establishes a healthy competitive atmosphere to address employee emails, tickets, phone calls, and in-person issues as rapidly as possible.Fosters a sense of urgency around any employee issue and inspires staff to quickly and eagerly tackle any support need.
• Project Management Evaluates current and future site technology needs and works within global standards to own solutions and manage initiatives through implementation.
• Merger and Acquisition Lead cross functional team during M&A events to manage integration of acquired technology and staff into ICE ecosystem. Integrates acquired technology, decommissions legacy systems as rapidly as possible, urgently migrates acquired networks and offices to ICE standards, and promotes ICE standards and culture.
• Network Technology Deploys and manages local and wide area network technology as a local team and in cooperation with Network Engineering teams.
• Voice Technology Deploys and manages local and global voice technology including phone handsets, IP dialing, voice and video conferencing, voicemail, and local contact center deployments and in cooperation with Telephony Engineering teams.
• Business Continuity Planning Owns local infrastructure and ensures resiliency in power, networking, and voice communication.Serves as a regional liaison for global BCP efforts, builds and manages regional BCP sites and plans.
• Purchasing Regularly reviews local IT spend, manages vendors and pricing using global leverage.Manages local purchasing requirements to ensure needs are addressed as rapidly as possible in compliance with global procedures and standards.
• Office Build and Management Serves as IT contact and manages all IT related efforts for new office builds or expansion.
  

Knowledge And Experience
Core

• Post-graduate degree in Engineering, MIS, CIS, CS or Business
• 5+ hands-on experience administering Microsoft Domain server/desktop technologies (Windows Server, Win7/10, Active Directory, Exchange, File/Print services, Skype for Business)
• Several years hands-on experience in IP networking and/or VOIP technology
• Mac and UNIX Familiarity
• 5+ experience managing, mentoring managers and analyst/engineering level staff
  

Project Management and Integration

• 10+ experience with process governance, data analytics, and reporting
• Experience implementing/managing enterprise-wide programs
• Familiarity with software development, and common web application technologies
• Data analysis skills including experience with MS Excel
• Experience with common data analysis and visualization tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills using MS Word and MS PowerPoint
• Ability to multitask and work independently on multiple projects
• Minimal travel 2-3 weeks per year
  

Preferred, But Not Required

• Experience with the ServiceNow platform
• Financial industry expertise
• MS degree in a technical discipline or business management
• Project management including integration of IT systems and workflows
• Enhances team and coworkers through knowledge sharing and implementing best practices in day to day activities
• Takes initiative to continually learn and enhance technical knowledge and skills.
