The Role
VP of Engineering is Looking for technical engineering delivery leadership for Next Generation Platform Builds. Role is mix of Technical Design, Thought Leadership & Delivery
Requisite Skills Experience
· Work with the Product Management team to jointly develop and refine technical stories, solutions, and specifications
· Provide technical leadership, direction, and delegation for an agile Software Delivery Pod
· Manage agile sprint plans, tasks, and resources to ensure a responsive and effective Software Delivery Pod
· Create and support new data pipelines, applications, and business logic
· Recommend and champion software development and architecture best practices
· Develop expertise in market segment data and concepts
· 10+ years of programming experience, with 3+ years of either Python or Node.js and 5+ years on AWS
· Proven ability to effectively lead and deliver software development projects on time and to specification
· 5 - 7+ years of experience developing with both SQL and NoSQL technologies, such as: Redshift, Cassandra, MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
