About the Role 

Genalyte is committed to improving patient outcomes through our novel lab testing service, delivering real-time diagnostic results in the physician office. To do this were seeking mission-inspired, software professionals who want to have a high impact on the greater good. The Software Engineer will be responsible for creating and maintaining a business-side software stack that inter-operates with the existing interface/physical layers of a biomedical instrumentation platform.


We are at a key stage for growth and the future of our company rests with our software team. We will rely on motivated, self-starters, who are interested in acquiring new skills and engaging in a diverse and rapid technical environment.



About You 

To be successful in this role requires someone who can develop in a C#/.NET framework. Experience with other platforms such as JAVA, C++ and C# is a plus. This individual will be developing a software application and user interface for instrument command and control.  


Ideally youve got a strong professional and academic background within biotech, medical devices, and/or medical software industry. At least 5-10 years work experience in a software engineer or equivalent role and wants to be a part of a growing technical environment, will set you up to be the most successful in this role.
