Position Summary

The Director of Digital Technology (Hybris) will be a critical leader of our team responsible for shaping and delivering a world-class technology solution that integrates our service experience from start to finish. At the center of our digital experience is SAP Hybris, a recent addition to our portfolio of technologies, and one that will help stitch together our mobile, online, and physical store experiences. We are looking for an individual who is a motivational leader to help build a compelling roadmap and deliver a high quality and scalable solution. Duties & Responsibilities
- Brings architect-level understanding of Hybris and can guide all development (partner and internal) on best practices on solutions
- Strong technology visionary capable of articulating how to achieve bold outcomes with Hybris and other "digital" technologies
- Leads agile teams, embodies the spirit of continuous improvement in how he/she manages a team of developers.
- Works to align the product roadmap with key technology capabilities
- Manages the delivery modern API integration with other applications, service providers, mobility solutions, etc.
- Defines and manages the delivery of technical infrastructure required for large Hybris e-Commerce implementation. Able to lead the discussion with business counterparts and partners to choose right infrastructure requirement
- Ability to guide client on Hybris e-Commerce roadmap and provide technical solutions for their business needs.
- Possesses technical ownership of multiple applications (full stack, Hybris, other) and will work closely with the functional owners to understand requirements.
- Develops vision and holds individuals accountable for creating and maintaining a knowledge-base of service delivery content based on reusable information and knowledge objects, as well as their cross-purposed or leveraged functionality
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field is required
- Must be authorized to work in the US without needing sponsorship now or at any time in the future; US citizen or green card holder
- 15+ years of technology development experience with emphasis on modern web / full stack technologies
- 8+ years of SAP Hybris experience, with a significant portion of that experience at a technical level
- Experience with React, Angular, Node.js a plus
- Experience using Github, JIRA / Confluence
- Experience in agile / Kanban processes for management
