.NET Developer at Project Verte (Atlanta, GA)

Job Summary:

This position is for a.NET Developer with full stack experience developing ASP.NET Core, Web, Web-Services and Windows Service Applications. You will be doing full life cycle development including new development, enhancements and maintenance. A commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design and quality products is essential. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for programming, learning new technologies and be a motivated analytical problem-solver.

Essential Functions:

• Design, code, test and debug complex computer solutions
• Provide scope, resource and time estimates for complex projects
• Independently analyze and solve complex problems
• Express problems and solutions visually through white-boarding
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Manage source code versioning and deployments

Qualifications Specific Skills/Attributes:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
• Familiarity with source code management systems (Git, BitBucket)
• Knowledge of tracking software such as Jira and Confluence
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Object Oriented Programming Concepts
• 2+ years experience developing C# .NET Core, Web-Services and Web Applications
• Experience with multithreading using native threads and or task
• Knowledge of MVC
• Experience with the .Net 4.0 and 4.5 framework
• 2+ years experience with database access methods/frameworks such as ADO.NET, LINQ and Entity Framework
• Hands on- Task oriented
• Experience with SQL Server including stored procedures

Strong skills in problem solving and debugging
