Main Responsibilities

• Provide basic help desk support for problems and service requests related to hardware, software, network/mainframe connectivity and application support

• Act as representative of technical services to internal customers

• Support customers on their customer facing portal solutions

• Initiate, escalate or resolve problem tickets and/ or service requests

• Research issues as necessary to find the resolution before dissemination to higher level support                                                     

Requirements:

• Must have a practical knowledge of IT help desk and/or desktop support environments, including set up of systems (workstations, mobile devices, etc.) and troubleshooting protocols.
• Must be able to demonstrate knowledge and ability to operate a computer, use remote PC takeover tools, familiarity with ACD/IVR systems, Service Now ticketing tool, and MS Office Suite.
• Must be able to demonstrate ability to troubleshoot PC issues (Windows 7, Windows 10), Office 365, and mobile devices (iOS, Android) over the phone.
• Must be able to demonstrate ability to troubleshoot login/authentication related issues with active directory.

Education/Experience/Knowledge:

• High School diploma or equivalent required      
• AS preferred in Computer Science or related field
• 3-5 years experience in Information Systems
• Must be able to provide clear, concise, information through written and verbal communications

• Experienced in networking, PC's, printers etc.

• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and time-management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize own work
