Moment is looking for a developer to Digital Claims DevOps for Tryg.
Tryg is implementing a new claims handling system as part of the 2020 strategy of modernising and automating the entire business. The system will support their ambition of becoming world-class in customer satisfaction, online claims intake, automated claims processing and claims handling quality. They are doing this by developing in agile teams, and as a natural extension they are running the new claims system in a DevOps setup.
You will become part of a team that has the responsibility for continuous delivering pipeline from exploration of new features, development, automated testing, releasing new features into production, and close the loop with measuring success of the features. The team also has the full responsibility for the application, so it is expected that you have a sense of ownership, curious mindset that are intrigued by continuous learning and advancement of your competencies and capabilities. Ideally, you have insurance experience already, and know Guidewire or have experience with similar applications.
Your profile
As a developer, your job will consist of all parts of designing and developing new solutions for Tryg’s claims handlers, as well as for their online claims intake. This includes close interaction with all parts of the claims organisation, design and architectural work, coding in Java and Gosu, integration work towards SOAP and REST services, and testing it all with full test automation.

- Coding: Java, GoSU, GuideWire Studio
- Integration: SOAP, REST and ESB
- Platform: Azure cloud, Oracle DB
- Test automation: Selenium / Katalon and xUnit
- Version control: Git, GitLab and Chef
- Documentation: Atlassian suite (Confluence / Jira)
You don’t necessarily have experience with everything in the tech stack, but you need to have experience with programming and developing integrations. A bit of the tech stack is already locked in, but others can still be influenced, so you have plenty of opportunities to help define Tryg’s platform for the future.
