Qualifications

Required

• 5 or more years of experience in Cloud solutions (IaaS/ PaaS/ SaaS) Strategy and Implementation for mid or large size organizations (this includes private/public Clouds on AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or VMWare)

• Relevant experience to enable selection criteria for cloud providers and application suitability assessments including detailed cloud architecture design for global scale and high availability

• Strong Client Relationship and team building Skills

• Ability to work with the Business and IT leadership

• Experience in working with Senior leadership team to design technology and process landscape and develop overall cloud solution strategy

• Ability to take major ownership in orchestrating client workshops and facilitate customer interactive sessions on cloud operating models, cloud business value, DevOps processes, and application/infrastructure modernization

• Excellent articulation, communication and strong inter personal skills

• Experience in supporting migration of application workloads to cloud

• Experience in participating in transformation initiatives for mid to large scale organizations

• Experience in developing business case and TCO analysis drawing tangible connections between strategy and financial-success metrics

• Proven ability towards driving business process improvement initiatives

Preferred

• Experience with designing, implementing, or operating IT systems on leading commercial Cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, and Google

• Experience with large and complex IT systems in an enterprise environment using virtualization or private Cloud technologies, including VMware, Xen, OpenStack, and Hyper-V

• Experience with modern development and testing techniques such as continuous delivery and continuous integration

• A background in software development and experience in configuration management (tools like Chef and puppet)

• Technology understanding of API management solutions and their role across enabling an enterprise cloud
