Overview

We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to interface directly with internal stakeholders to administer and enhance our Salesforce interface. This person will serve as the go-to person for users who promotes adoption, keeps current on new releases and AppExchange solutions, provides training, and undertakes other systems-related activities. Additionally, the Administrator will perform basic updates, such as adding and deleting users and adding basic custom fields.

This position is located in near Salt Lake City, Utah, and only local candidates will be considered.

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Proactively seeks out and identifies system changes based on personal experience and user feedback; manages system changes without interruption to the user.
  • Manage all processes that impact or relate to Salesforce
  • Manages new releases of SFDC and efficiently roll out new features.
  • Creates and maintains fields, views, reports, dashboards, campaigns and other salesforce objects and functions; create custom objects when necessary.
  • Creates new reporting capabilities and responds to ad hoc reporting requests as needed.
  • Grants and eliminates user licenses.
  • Trains current and new users and continuously seeks ways to further enhance the end-user experience.
  • Develops process documentation and field maps.
  • Monitors and manages exception logs for back end system integration with SFDC.
  • Monitors and improves data quality.
  • Creates and maintains dashboards.
