Front End Web Developer at CoStar Group (Irvine, CA)

CoStar Group, is looking for a Front End Web Developer to join our team in our Orange County, Irvine office. We’re the largest and most heavily trafficked commercial real estate listing service online. If you enjoy breathing interactive life into static design via HTML5, CSS3, and most importantly JavaScript then this is a great opportunity. You will make an immediate impact on over 2 million monthly visitors with your passion for coding clean, maintainable user interfaces. 

Responsibilities: 
-Convert static mock-ups into semantic, cross-browser HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript templates 
-Work alongside developers to implement your code 
-Maintain library of reusable code 
-Advocate standards-driven technology 

Requirements: 
-3+ years professional front end development experience 
-Strong hand-coding ability with JavaScript
-Experience with Angular 4/5 or similar technology a plus but not required
-Fluent knowledge of latest HTML5/CSS3 standards and best practices 
-Experience with CSS preprocessors like LESS or SASS  
-Fluent knowledge of browser and device differences/limitations 
-Experience with browser-based development tools 
-Able to extract necessary assets from Photoshop and Illustrator files 
-Able to handle multiple projects and competing deadlines 
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills  
-Experience working with large, high traffic websites a plus 
-Experience developing for mobile platforms a plus 
-Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4 year university a MUST HAVE.
-Experience in a Microsoft .NET environment a plus
