Qbox is seeking a self-starting UI/UX designer with excellent aesthetic sense to join our team and help craft the next generation of our SaaS experience. This is a full-time position at our Fayetteville, AR office. Remote candidates will not be considered.
You are the right fit for our team if you can demonstrate a portfolio of elegant user experiences crafted for web applications and an ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced startup environment. Elasticsearch and Kubernetes experience is not required, but you must be able to adapt and get inside the heads of big data and DevOps professionals to solve challenging UI/UX problems with Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product owners and the engineering team to design and launch new product features
- Continually improve products to convert visitors to customers and customers to engaged, happy users
- Measure areas where users experience trouble and make data-driven improvements
- Identify and resolve product usability issues
- Frequently design, document, and maintain product UI/UX standards
- Occasionally design, document, and maintain visual identity standards
- Occasionally design printed materials for conferences
- Continually maintain and update design library archives
- Contribute to open-source tools that enhance the user experience of our customers
- Work with a startup product team that values data over anecdotes, launches experiments quickly, and maintains constant communication
