Compliance analyst (re-advertisement) at Technical University of Denmark (Copenhagen, Denmark)

We are looking for a Security and Compliance analyst for our high-performance computing team.

You will be part of a growing team managing the security and compliance of a very high-performance Linux cluster at the national supercomputing platform. In addition, you will participate in designing and implementing new services.

Our technology stack:



  • Open stack

  • HIVE

  • Oracle HSM

  • High performance NAS

  • PostgreSQL/MySQL, Elastic, Neo4j

  • Cluster managers and deployment engines



Primary areas of responsibility

As our compliance analyst, you will manage systems used for compliance and advanced analytics to evaluate the events delivering reports to the customer periodically. Your responsibilities will relate mostly to the backend systems.

Your main tasks will include:



  • discussing emerging compliance issues with risk assessment

  • developing new processes and maintaining the compliance infrastructure

  • filing appropriate compliance reports with regulatory agencies

  • evaluating testing procedures to meet the specifications of internal standards

  • maintaining documentation of compliance activities

  • participating in and managing the design and deployment of the new security and compliance systems

  • providing training on compliance-related topics, policies, or procedures and documents

  • participating in regular meetings where the team members together discuss our progress and next steps



Our expectations of you

The competences that will be required:



  • a degree in computer science, security, data science or a related field, or equivalent work experience

  • experience with using REST APIs

  • information security management

  • various compliance standards and experience in implementing them



It would be a plus to have experience with:



  • Open stack

  • Linux

  • Agile development (Scrum, etc.)

Salary and appointment terms
Salary and appointment terms will be based on the collective agreement with the Danish Confederation of Professional Associations (AC) or the LC/CO10-collective agreement and the organizational agreement for IT employees (PROSA) in the service of the state.
