About the job
- Be the definitive authority on all aspects of Agile for HelloTech
- Work across all layers of the organization & promote adoption of an Agile mindset
- Share and provide guidance on what it means to be ‘Agile’
- Promote adoption of Agile practices to enable our aspirational growth plans
- Coach and lead a team of Agile Coaches
- Be part of the engineering leadership team and help set strategy and goals across multiple engineering teams
- Coach a diverse group of colleagues in Tech & in global and international teams

Who we’re looking for
- You need to be a great communicator, listener & observer who can inspire people with your charismatic personality
- You have deep experience in all things Agile
- You are a keen observer and able to recognise patterns in organisational behaviours
- You feel comfortable dealing with different stakeholders and team members
- You have a good technical understanding of the challenges of software development
- You are a quick learner, passionate about your work and driven to get things done
- You recognise risks, raise awareness about them and help teams to solve them
- You are genuinely excited about leading an organizational transition to Agile methodologies
- Previous organizational design and transformation experience is a plus
- You are fluent in English, both oral and written
