Senior SCCM Engineer at NATEK (Bratislava, Slovakia)

Reporting to the SCCM Architecture/Engineering & Operations Manager the Senior SCCM Engineer will be responsible for the service design, build and documentation of all key elements for the System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) Environment working closely with IT Tools Operations, external partners, Central Operations and End User Computing delivering high-quality services. The current SCCM Environment supports clients and users. You will:



  • Follow the architectural and engineering procedures

  • Design, build and transition including phase gate reviews to all stakeholders

  • Own a System Center Configuration Manager Infrastructure

  • Provide senior support to other technical personnel

  • Gather project/customer application requirements

  • Help to define roadmaps and support requirements

  • Develop support scripts and documentation

  • Additional responsibilities are: Level 3 support, Incident and Problem Management, Capacity Planning, Server Planning for all Configuration Manager initiatives


You should have:



  • 4+ years of experience in System Center Configuration Manager, preferable SCCM 2012 and newer

  • Experience in Microsoft Windows Operating Systems (Client and Server OS)

  • Experience in SQL

  • Experience in Group Policy Objects

  • Very good skills in communication (writing and verbal) and documenting

  • Experience in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, PXE

  • Experience in ServiceNow and Orchestration

  • Boundary and IP range configuration


It would be nice if:



  • Understanding in Windows Operating System Deployments (OSD)

  • Understanding of Application Packaging & Deployment

  • Experience in Microsoft System Center Service Manager

  • Experience in Microsoft System Center Orchestration

  • Experience with 1E Nomad
