What you’ll be doing
This role will lead and mentor a high-quality product team to drive business success through cloud product innovation and by defining and executing a world-class product road-map.
This role will also work closely with the Head of Engineering to ensure a smooth overall agile experience across product and engineering. A well-managed product team and product agile process will ensure high value, high-quality work is continually delivered to our customers.
- Lead and coach a team of Product Owners, Product Consultants, UX/UI designers and Business Analysts.
- Create a product culture that understands the importance of rapid testing, learning and iteration.
- Foster continuous innovation and a safe-to-fail environment where it’s okay to take chances, while also mitigating business-threatening risks
- Internalise the strategic company position and work to define the product long-term vision
- Translate business objectives to clear agile specifications and prioritising and driving through engineering
- Think big and be innovative, helping to shape the vision and strategy of our products
- Ownership for the analysis and due diligence around all product initiatives to ensure accurate development cost forecasting, cross-business operational cost and monetisation documentation
What you’ll need to be successful
- 7+ years Product Management experience in a multi-tenanted SaaS environment
- 3+ years of mobile strategy experience
- Experience building and scaling world-class agile product teams
- Strategic thinking and excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong agile user story writing knowledge
