TOPIC Embedded Systems has openings for highly motivated, enthusiastic and ambitious software engineers. You will work with others on state-of-the-art projects that are executed both at our clients’ sites and internally at our office. You will work on projects for consumer electronics, medical systems or high tech equipment. Besides your technical skills you also have good communication skills as you will be communicating with our clients directly.


Your profile:


We are looking for candidates with the following profile:



  • technical university degree or higher vocational education qualification in (technical) information technology, electrical engineering (computer science), physics and/ or mathematics;

  • a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience;

  • good knowledge of, and competent skills in one or more programming languages in embedded environments (C, C++, C# and/or JAVA);

  • good knowledge of, and competent skills in development platforms (Linux, Windows, Android, VxWorks, QNX);

  • preference: knowledge of, and experience with web technology within embedded environments;

  • good knowledge of, and experience with development methods and techniques (OO, UML, Agile, SCRUM);

  • Collaboration is very important so you like to work in a team;

  • you will be communicating with our clients so good social and communication skills are important;

  • fluency in written and spoken English and preferably also Dutch.
