Overview


Thunder has built the very first Creative Management Platform, which The New York Times describes as "an ad engine to put Mad Men out of business." We're changing how digital ads for desktop, mobile and social are created and distributed. We have wowed some of our biggest agencies and brands by automating much of what people thought couldn't be done by computer. Our talented Product Managers are responsible for providing the vision and leadership that enables us to push the boundaries of the digital ad industry.


What You'll Do



  • Be responsible for the product roadmap and strategy

  • Drive innovation and design of entirely new products and product features to deliver against team and company goals

  • Challenge cross-functional team (engineering, design, etc.) to think boldly and creatively and then to funnel that energy into concrete products and execution plans

  • Clearly communicate product plans, benefits and results, as appropriate, to a spectrum of audiences, from internal stakeholders to external facing business teams

  • Use qualitative and customer research and data analysis to communicate product vision to senior management and various stakeholders


What We're Looking For



  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Design

  • Technical experience with a degree in engineering, computer science, or experience building SaaS products is required

  • Strong technical architectural understanding of web products and services

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and a structured, honest and rigorous thought process

  • Proven track record of leading teams and working cross-functionally in a highly collaborative innovation-driven environment

  • Prior experience with either Ad Tech (DSP, DCO) or Big Data Analytics is a big plus.
