The Principal Product Manager, T-Mobile For Business (TfB) is responsible drive industry-leading innovation in the B2B space. The Principal product manager will own the roadmap, development, strategy and product vision for B2B Billing, Payments, Account Management and Ordering products.
The Principal Product Manager should be able to recognize, articulate, and mitigate user experience vs. technology trade-offs, Deliver relevant, scalable and innovative product from concept to successful implementation and ensure that the product meets customer needs and business objectives. The Principal Product Manager is responsible for will own a portfolio of products end-to-end, create and manage product vision, strategy and roadmap, and lead cross functional teams to deliver high quality products, in partnership with the business and technology teams.

Responsibilities:
- Develops product plans: Partners with business, internal/external stakeholders and Leadership to understand current customer experiences, identifies areas of opportunity, create and manage large or complex product vision and roadmap.
- Works with leadership and business to identify and articulate initiative scope, benefit and ROI.Leads and manage product backlog and priorities with our business, Technology teams, and leadership.
- Responsible for working with business to drive the overall roadmap for portfolio of products or line of business, ensuring a continual stream of enhancement ideas are consistently brought to market.
- Owns the performance of the product in-market, and is responsible for ensuring that the product achieves its business case objectives. Owns the optimization for the operational aspects of the product as served from TFB P&T solutions.
- Working with a team of cross-functional resources, develop and support the go to market strategy to maximize market share, profitability, revenue retention and growth, and other strategic objectives.
- Collaborates with enterprise leaders , e.g. Engineering, Supply Chain, CARE, Technology, Sales. Retail, Legal,Security and other product management teams to drive alignment for in-market performance of products to attain revenue and margin goals. Also responsible for driving KPIs and monitoring products performance in-market (financial, operational, and customer satisfaction).
- Manages all life cycle migration strategies and the end of life decision for existing products and services.
- Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in one or more of the following categories: software/hardware, web, telecommunications, consumer electronics, or consumer packaged goods, with a focus on product management, product development or marketing.
- Demonstrate an ability to think critically and outside the box
- Must be able to prioritize and plan activities
- Experience with Agile Methodologies
- Strong Communication and Presentation skills
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science
