Job Description:

T-Mobile's Product and Technology team has an exciting opportunity for Manager, Product Management, on the SecureID team.
As a key member of the cross-functional Digital Product & Technology team, the Manager, Product Management will own the product roadmap, drive innovation to deliver world class customer experiences.
As a Manager of the SecureID domain, he/she will provide leadership oversight of product management resources for direct to customer secure login capabilities. SecureID's vision is to enable customers anywhere on any device:
  • ONE consistent customer experience across all digital solutions
  • Single integration touch-point for partners/integration teams; self-service onboarding
  • Reduce surface area of attack that allows the team to focus energies on delivering innovative, secure and intuitive authentication experiences.

    The position requires interaction with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders at various levels of the organization and being an innovation evangelist, establishing T-Mobile as a leading technology company.

  • Responsibilities:

    What You'll Do:
  • Partner with technology, business and a variety of internal/external stakeholders and leadership to understand current customer experiences, identify areas of opportunity, create and manage product vision and roadmap.
  • Manage the "big picture" of challenges impacting the customer experience, including the technical, functional, process, and policy considerations.
  • Develop, and manage a team of Product Managers, who will work with stakeholders to define features and user stories to deliver authentication experiences.
  • Work with technology and business partners to identify and articulate initiative scope, benefits and ROI.
  • Make significant contributions to the development of the identity and authentication product roadmap
  • Serves as the driving force behind the delivery of multiple, concurrent projects and products.
  • Take ideas from inception to delivery by creating effective business plans that drive organizational acceptance and funding
  • Own a KPI across app and web. Improve this KPI throughout product and non-product initiatives that cut across the entire company.
  • Oversee the flawless delivery and execution of Agile development teams delivering your features
  • Continually develop and test ideas through usability tests, consumer panels, user research, A/B tests, and other research methodologies.
  • Conduct competitive and industry best-practice analysis, monitors web/app industry trends, and makes recommendations that impact the greater T-Mobile strategy/roadmap


  • Qualifications:

    About You:
  • 5 + years of Product Management experience developing product features from ideation through launch
  • 5 + years of experience creating and writing effective Agile user stories, creative briefs, formal business requirement documents
  • Ability to connect the company vision to your product and show impact through relevant KPI/Metrics.
  • Demonstrated experience creating business plans or business cases that obtain executive approval and funding
  • Strong requirements elicitation, and proven writing skills including the ability to write concisely and clearly for different audiences
  • Experience creating complex process flows and communicating them in an easily comprehendible manner to stakeholders
  • Business-owner / entrepreneurial mindset
  • Proven ability to make smart feature vs. time-to-market trade-offs
  • Bachelor's Degree, MBA preferred
  • Ideally You Also Have:
  • Several years of experience or exposure to access and authentication platforms
  • Experience with digital security protocols
