The implementation Consultant takes responsibility from latter stages of the sales cycle through deployment, acting as the key technical customer contact to understand requirements, prepare the environment (data, processes etc.) for a successful project delivery. The position requires strong commercial (presentation, training, workshops, demos) and technical acumen (Linux, Cloud (AWS, Azure), data types, database/storage). To succeed in this Implementation Consultant role you will have

• Experience working alongside customer facing technical teams; or experience working client side (Financial Services) to deliver software platforms.
• Track record of success in deploying complex systems and large-scale customer systems integration programmes.
• Strong technical capability as part of software delivery e.g. operating systems (Linux), cloud computing (AWS, Azure) data types (CSV, XML, JSON) and database technologies & storage.
• Strong ability to engage with different roles in the internal business such as Implementation Engineers, BAs, Project Management, SMEs.
• Excellent customer management and diplomacy skills required with internal and external customer stakeholders as well as experience dealing with customers on a technical level.
