Basic:
Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
Preferred:
At least 3 years Domain expertise of IMS (IP multimedia subsystem) is required with focus on diameter, COPS, IP Qos
At least 1 year of experience with Java or GoLang
Experience in REST APIs, web user interface implementation, charting frameworks such as Angular-nvD3 would be a Plus
Experience with splunk and elastic search would be a Plus
Basic DevOps knowledge (containers, CI/CD, openstack etc)
NoSql databases such as mongodb
Knowledge of different JS frameworks such as angular, react would be a Plus
Experience in Networking is desired
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
