Windows Systems Engineer

Forcepoint is looking for a Systems Engineer to join the Digital Infrastructure team in supporting the global corporate infrastructure. This individual is versed with virtualization technologies along with experience in core system administration.
The candidate will support the existing Global Data Center footprint, hybrid cloud solutions, and help build and integrate new systems and services. The candidate has several years of experience and highly skilled in monitoring and troubleshooting systems at an enterprise scale.
Education, Experience, and Skills
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience related to Information Technology
- 3-5 years experience as aSystems Engineer
- Familiar with administering Office 365
- Windows MS Server technologies (all flavors).
- Virtualization technologies VMware
- Server admin with patching and package deployment experience.
- Experience with enterprise backup solutions
- Familiar with PowerShell or similar scripting language(s)
- Experience with an enterprise monitoring solution,
- Must be able to quickly diagnose system problems and implement solutions to restore functionality
- Understanding of services at scale in large networks
PLUSES:
- Linux OS administration experience
- Public Cloud experience (AWS/Azure)
- Understanding of infrastructure automation tools, such as Puppet, Chef or Ansible
