Job Title: Technical Trainer Specialist

Location: Atlanta, GA (North Druid Hills)

Structure: 6 Month Contract-to-Perm


As a Technical Trainer Specialist within our healthcare clients IT department, you will be responsible joining a brand-new team that will be supporting enterprise collaboration workflow design and adoption. The team will serve as a base point of escalation for one-on-one training, rounding for technical onboarding and at-the-elbow user support for enterprise collaboration applications and end user technology used within the system.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical training, including onboarding and continuous trainings, to our clients business users from entry level employee to C-Suite for tools such as Microsoft Office 365, Windows 10, Webex teams, Jabber, Mobile apps, and various other tools
  • Respond to escalation issues, tickets and participate in active rounding to provide top notch technical training for employees
  • Design, conduct and evaluate post instruction outcomes using current learning evaluation methods.
  • Plan and produce training content and material, such as manuals, presentations, tutorials, course outlines, etc.
  • Continuously measure and improve the quality of trainings by using management tools
  • Update training material and collaterals to reflect product changes and software updates


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree (Preferred: Computer Science or Education)
  • Experience in facilitation in computer software, education, healthcare/ business systems, and/or staff development
  • Experience with Microsoft Office365, Windows 10, Webex teams, Jabber, Mobile applications and other enterprise collaborative applications
  • 2 years of Windows or desktop experience
  • 1 year of end user training or at the elbow support
  • Experience in communicating effectively with all levels of staff to include Leadership
  • Experience in providing support and training for desktop applications


Additional Requirements:

  • Must be able to pass background check and drug screen
  • Comply with our clients non-smoking requirement
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Able to pass a 10-Panel Drug Screen & Comprehensive Background Check.


Bonus Qualification:

  • Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) and/or Microsoft Certified Learning Consultant (MCLC) certifications, and/or their equivalents strongly recommended.
