We are looking for a Senior Java developer who is tech-savvy, highly passionate about application design & programming, and aspires to contribute towards our firms digital transformation agenda. As a member of our Software Engineering group, you'll be involved in creating innovative solutions and work with senior partners to design solutions, write maintainable & testable code that is consistent with micro-service architecture principles, Automate tests and deployments, support software solutions that are customer focused & highly secure.
Youll be working with and sharing ideas, information and innovation with our global team of technologists from all over the world.
Responsibilities:
Full Stack Engineer responsible for designing solutions, write maintainable & testable code that is consistent with micro-service architecture principles, and automate tests and deployments.
Overall delivery of software components working in collaboration with product and design teams
Understand and analyze business requirements.
Build, and maintain common components and help integrate those across the group.
Build applications based on cloud-native principles and deploy on to Cloud Foundry platforms.
Build applications to use DevOps Platforms like Docker, etc.
Provide second level support to fixes and solutions for issues in production.
Collaborate with BA, QA team members for effective testing and delivery.
Collaborate with other technology teams to ensure successful integration.
Research and learn new methodologies and technologies and bring knowledge to the team.
Qualifications:
Must have Design and Development of Java/ J2EE web application experience with strong OO design skills.
Experience with SPRING, Hibernate, Tomcat, Web Service (REST/SOAP), Oracle, SQL, Maven, GL, JMS, Spring Boot, JMS, Java Script CSS/HTML.
Advantage to have experience with front end technologies like - React JS (or) VAADIN.
Experience in design and development of cloud-native distributed applications that leverage Microservices architecture, REST APIs, API Gateways.
Ability to research and learn new methodologies and technologies and bring knowledge to the team.
Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goals.
Knowledge of code quality control and continuous build tools.
Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
