Candidate should possess architectural skills in managing and Enterprise IAM infrastructure. You will collaborate across different departments, and properties of the enterprise.

Your day-to-day Development role will:

• Evaluates current technology and identifies challenges to assist in the creation of a more comprehensive and robust technical roadmap around Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Oversees, manages and designs technology interoperability with identity solutions in the companys environment interfacing with Windows, UNIX and legacy technologies.
• Assists in the ongoing efforts in selecting, designing and implementing IAM strategy and identifies quick wins from IAM deployment that can be used for advocacy and branding efforts for expanded awareness to the user community.
• Acts as a technical lead for the Identity Management suite of applications and technologies.

• 10+ years experience with a proven track record as an Information Technology Professional.
• Ability to partner and build relationships with Senior Management and communicate to multiple audiences.
• 3+ years experience in an Identity Access Manager technical architectural role or equivalent.
• Proactive, great attention to detail, results-oriented problem solver.
• Technical experience with enterprise IAM systems such as Oracle Identity Manager, Sun Identity Manager, Tivoli Identity Manager, Forefront Identity Manager.
• Knowledgeable with Active Directory, LDAP and Directory Server Products, Public Key Infrastructure especially MS Certificate Authority Server, SAML.
• Ability to work with networking teams related to firewalls, load balancers, etc.
• 1-year combined experience with enterprise web SSO solutions such as SiteMinder, Clear Trust, Oracle Access Manager, Tivoli Access Manager preferred
• Experience with two factor authentication systems such as RSA OTP, Smart Cards, Biometrics preferred
• Working knowledge with non-Windows AAA systems such as NIS+, RACF, Sun Enterprise Directory Server.
• Ability to deal with long term goals along with immediate performance concerns.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate highly complex technical issues to non-technical audience
