Business Systems Analyst - Windows 10 upgrade at KORE1 (Austin, TX)

The Business Analyst contractor roles primary responsibility will be to provide support for the Windows 10 enterprise upgrade. Responsibilities will include: planning, coordinating, documenting and testing.

The Business Analyst will need to understand and translate technical requirements, track efforts, identify risk and potential show stoppers, assist with identifying remediation paths, create dashboards, coordinate technical documentation hand offs to support teams, and ensure that the Windows 10 migration project moves smoothly. The successful candidate for this position will be tech savvy, analytical and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and problem solve across multiple requests. Additionally, they must be skilled in working with business clients, external parties and other technology groups (developers, network administrators, senior management, etc.).

Responsibilities                                                                                        

·       Document requirements, track issue/decisions, develop training guides, assist with developing communication emails/plans and ad hoc project artifacts

·       Coordinate testing activities with multiple business and IT groups globally

·       Troubleshoot errors, propose and drive solutions

·       Track, maintain and report on project status progress. Quickly establish rapport with different project stakeholders, contributors, and end-users

Qualifications

·       A bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field

·       2-5 years of experience with full cycle deployment of an enterprise system (i.e., Windows 10 or similar)

·       Previous experience working with business clients, external parties and other technology groups (developers, network administrators, senior management, etc.).

·       Strong prioritization and organizational skills, including the ability to maintain several concurrent activities while managing user expectations

·       Highly self-motivated and directed

·       Ability to absorb new ideas and concepts quickly

·       Good analytical and problem-solving abilities

·       Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment

·       Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language

·       Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, and presentational skills
