High proficiency in either: Ruby with Ruby on Rails , JavaScript for Node.JS , C# for .NET with at least 2 years of professional experience.
Total professional experience as an engineer of at least 5 years.
Experience in working with databases such as MySQL2 or similar.
Working with popular frameworks and libraries.
Knowledge and understanding of basic programming design patterns5.
Experience of working in an agile team environment.
Working knowledge of git; understanding of git flow and github flow.

Job responsibilities
Work closely with the Project Manager and the CTO to plan out project roadmap and provide technical advice.
Develop the server-side application for projects.
Get familiar with inherited code-base, understand and write documentation for missing parts of the inherited projects.
Help maintaining and refactoring inherited projects.
Write documentation, unit tests, samples and performance tests for your code.
Help teach junior staff
