- Experience with IBM Integration Bus (IIB) including hands on experience developing message flows to interface with services producers and consumers, and callout components (e.g. using Java).
- Experience with IBM MQ Series and AMQ messaging services.
- Experience with complex XML Schema Document (XSD) design practices including hands on experience creating complex types and messages structures.
- Experience with Java/J2EE programing and Mainframe programming.
- Knowledgeable in architecture governance and best practices.
- Knowledgeable in the design and construction of enterprise-level integration systems that are scalable, reusable, high performing and secure.
- Knowledge of all phases of software development cycle for large-scale business critical applications in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Understanding of Object-Oriented techniques.
- Ability to understand the long-term ("big picture") goal, the roadmap to achieve it and the interim business values during the execution of the roadmap.
- Ability to translate business needs into solution architecture requirements. Excellent analytical and technical skills.
- Awareness of the following technologies and architectures: Java/J2EE, SQL/PL-SQL, SOAP, REST, HTML, JavaScript, GIT, Mainframe CTG.
