The Internal Audit team is a group of trusted advisors, change agents and value creators. The Senior Auditor IT/Analytics position is a highly visible role and a key contributor that provides data analytic/IT audit Subject Matter expertise for internal audit. Strong professional presence, technical expertise, business sense, and a passion to help improve the overall internal control environment of Stream is essential to this position. Developing plans and supporting internal partners to understand the key role they play in maintaining strong internal controls will be critical in reducing risk, increasing operational efficiency, and protecting shareholders, customers, and employees.
The Senior Auditor IT/Analytics is instrumental in developing and executing the Internal Audit plan. This consists of project-based assignments in the areas of internal controls, enterprise risk management, operational audits, fraud prevention, technology audits and continuous improvement of our audit process.

- t clients in applying key frameworks including COSO/COBIT and Cybersecurity framework assessment for internal controls.
- Execute assigned IT Audits from start to completion, which includes the overall planning, execution, and completion of engagements. This includes all phases of the audit process including: planning, identifying risks, establishing objectives and scope of work, creating the audit program, performing the audit fieldwork, documentation of work performed, and meeting audit project milestones.
- Manage multiple work streams simultaneously and re-prioritizing tasks when unanticipated issues arise.
- Participate in fraud investigations and other internal audit assignments (as needed).
- Engage with the business stakeholders to stay informed of changes and new initiatives within the business and technology areas and sharing audit perspectives relating to risk identification and mitigation.
- Identify and analyze complex issues, problems and improvement opportunities and develop conclusions and practical recommendations.
- Communicate audit results to Internal Audit supervision and senior management and client area management.
- Perform or lead follow-up reviews to ensure that appropriate corrective actions have been implemented by client management.
- Pursues professional development opportunities, including professional training, professional memberships, and shares information gained with the audit team.
Minimum Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Big 4 Accounting Firm or Public Company experience preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Information Technology Assurance, Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting or related fields.
- Certification(s) Preferred: CIA, CPA or CISA.
- Thorough knowledge and a proven record of success in completing aspects of
the Internal Audit process, control evaluation and testing methodologies, and other Internal Control methodologies and terminology e.g. COSO, COBIT. - Understanding of current issues key executives contemplate and how Internal Audit can play a role within the organization to address the risks.
- Demonstrates a proven record of success in a role directing company- or firm-wide functions within, the following areas as it applies to the planning, executing and reporting financial, operational and compliance related audits/projects to facilitate complex financial, operational, IT and compliance related engagements:
- Corporate Governance and Sarbanes Oxley Act's regulations and requirements, including compliance readiness programs
- Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
- Financial and operational fraud risk management
- Antifraud internal controls
- IT general and process controls, including Data Privacy and IT security
Skills Preferred:
- Demonstrates thorough levels of, and/or a proven record of success with, the following skills and abilities:
- Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in PC applications, with demonstrated ability to develop and apply spreadsheets, database and research tools and graphic presentations.
- Proficient in writing SQL queries from scratch from disparate systems and databases for data analysis.
- Proficiency with Data Analytics and Software (e.g. IDEA, ACL, QlikView, Power BI).
- Using available technical resources and tools to research and expand one's sphere of knowledge to enhance work product and to remain up to date on company hot topics while sharing the knowledge amongst the team where applicable.
- Collaborating directly with clients, identifying and addressing client needs through building solid relationships with clients; understanding the client's business; communicating the range of Internal Audit services to the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner and actively participating in client discussions and meeting
