Position Description
SAIC is looking for a candidate to support PEO C4I (SPAWAR) with a TS/SCI clearance familiar with building SDKs, developing APIs, and conducting Test and Evaluations of classified software programs. Candidate would be responsible to assist with the implementation of the software engineering, requirements definition, and experimentation and exercise support for various classified imagery programs of record within PEO C4I.
Job Specific Responsibilities

• Supports the design, development, documentation, and testing of classified software products.

• Supports analysis and collaborates with subject matter experts in the planning, design, development, and utilization of software for imagery information processing, presentation, manipulation, display, or reporting.

• Supports usability studies and end-user need identification efforts by supporting Systems Engineering efforts to identify system capabilities required to resolve program requirements, data acquisition and analysis, as well as to support autonomous services, desktop applications, web applications, scripts, and utility programs. May also create and document operating instructions, FAQs, QRGs, test reports, exercise and experimentation reports, and programming techniques and controls.

• Supports ensuring that all end products met requirements and all associated standards.

• Supports technical planning, high level and detailed requirements definition, test planning and execution (to include use cases, test procedures and test data), software systems integration, and technical support for software systems and subsystems.
  

Qualifications
Required Education & Experience

• Degree in engineering, computer science or STEM Bachelors and five (5) years or more of related experience; Masters and three (3) years or more of related experience. Applicable experience will be accepted in lieu of advance degrees.
  

Required Skills

• Ability to work with and build relationships with a variety of stakeholders; government technical representatives, and other supporting contractors; excellent written and oral communications.

• Ability to work independently or in a team collaborative environment

• Ability to brief senior government personnel.

• Knowledge of and experienced in one or more programming languages (Java, Java Script, .NET, PHP, SQL Server)
  

Desired Skills And Certifications

• Understanding of Program Executive Office Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (PEO C4I) and Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) with prior experience with Naval Systems or Programs.

• Familiar with ISR system capabilities.

• Familiar with ONR, DARPA and TENCAP programs.

• Familiar with AWS and VMs
