- You will design and maintain the engineering handbook with the engineering teams and make sure the commitments are kept
- You support collaboration and autonomy by creating an overarching organizational structure that allows safe learning

- You make sure every new engineer and developer is properly onboarded

Your essential experience and education
- You have a university degree in computer science, information technology or equivalent experience
- You have professional working experience in software development
- You are experienced in managing long term b2b relationships
- Ideally you have experience with cloud execution platforms
- You have a clear agile mindset and want to drive change
- You love doing vision and mission work
- Your English skills are very good. German is a plus
