e-bot7 is a Munich-based startup that redefines customer service through the integration of artificial intelligence. Our mission is to automate repetitive queries, leaving human agents with more interesting work while collecting data to train increasingly powerful neural networks. Today, we work with large and progressive corporations throughout Europe.
We are currently looking for a Junior DevOps Engineer m/f (working student 20h/week) to work alongside our Tech team in Munich. We are looking for someone with a passion for AI, cloud and new technologies, and someone excited to work on interesting challenges and developing own solutions.
What you will work on
Management of cloud and on-premise server infrastructure
Continuous deployment pipeline
Application monitoring, log collection, and analysis
Backups, Disaster Recovery
Planning, execution and testing of own projects such as roll out of new tools
About you
Experience with cloud infrastructure and deployment of microservice architecture
Strong problem identification and problem-solving skills
Comfort in complex technical conversations and the ability to make quick, informed decisions from those conversations
Resourceful and a fast learner
Excited to be working in a fast-paced environment with a small and talented team
Fluent in English
