As a Customer Support Engineer you will be responsible to assess nature of the product or service issues and resolve support problems for customers and partners through support tickets, live chat, and voice calls. Successful employees are willing to collaborate with other team members, able to work against tight deadlines, and excited to test new ideas, tools, and tactics. You're our front line, and when our customers think of how great Platform.sh is, they think of you.


In a given day you might:



  • Troubleshoot issues pertaining to the infrastructure running customer applications.

  • Diagnose and debug failing applications and systems.

  • Deploy and configure cloud resources.

  • Troubleshoot and report new or possible bugs via detailed summarization of issue on each user ticket.

  • Become a product expert and provide documentation updates to our customer inquiries.

  • Participate in on-call response to high priority tickets and incidents.

  • Work under limited supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.

  • Participate in training teammates.
