As our new Technical Support Engineer you will be part of our E-commerce department in the centre of Amsterdam, where you will be working together with more than 100 colleagues from all over the world in a young, fast-paced and agile environment. You will play a key role within our Amsterdam office, helping the business users within BESTSELLER E-commerce with technical issues and questions. In the technology team you will, together with your colleagues, ensure that we improve and maintain our E-commerce platform, omni-channel initiatives and our backend systems, such as our Order Management System.

What you’ll be doing


- Handling incoming service requests through phone, chat and/or our ticket system.
- Collaborating with the 2nd line of support team to resolve issues properly
- Managing, reporting and improving SLA's
- Fixing bugs and analyse errors using all available information and tools
- Defining improvements for the application(s) you’re working on
- Defining improvements to our way of working
