The company and our customer base are experiencing rapid growth. We are searching for an experienced, strategic, results-oriented Technical Program Manager to lead the successful integration of our robotic solutions into our customer's supply chain operations.

About the Role:
As a customer-facing Technical Program Manager, you will need a balance of product management and technical program management skills to lead and prioritize multiple customer integrations in parallel. You will deliver innovative, disruptive technology solutions, while designing new work processes, educating customers on AI & robotics, fielding customer feature requests, and quickly addressing production issues. You will work closely with sales engineers and a team of highly motivated software and machine learning engineers and serve as a key liaison for the product management team with our customer success, sales, and robot piloting teams.

You will facilitate requirements gathering, workflow definition and rollout strategy for new and prospective customers, with an opportunity for periodic travel across North America for pre-deployment site visits. You will solve real-world problems against the constraints of time, budget, quality, risk, and resources. You will lead through collaboration and consensus building and by focusing on removing obstacles blocking your team from success.

Qualifications: 


  • Minimum 5 years of technical product and/or project management experience, leading the delivery of connected hardware, software, or SaaS products to market

  • Experience planning and leading customer integrations and/or complex software implementations

  • Experience working in a tech startup or high performance / high growth environment and are comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities

  • Ability to communicate complex technical issues simply and convincingly to customers and business stakeholders

  • Experience with discovering, documenting, designing and optimizing business workflows

  • Knowledge or a keen interest in at least 2 of these areas: robotics, AI/ML, retail supply chain, warehousing, logistics/fulfillment, e-commerce operations

  • Experience with agile product management methodologies and tools: Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Jira, Confluence

  • Experience using metrics and analytics for data-driven decision making

  • Superior written, presentation, and verbal communication skills
