IT Development Manager - eCommerce - Contract to Perm - Orlando, FL
IT Development Manager - eCommerce Responsibilities:
* Builds relationship with key user and operation groups to identify and resolve business issues.
* Manages system development and support activities to meet user needs in a timely and cost effective manner while ensuring completion per the governance process.
* Hands-on with migrations, implementations and code reviews.
* Participate and lead in Architectural discussions with in-house team and 3rd party service providers.
* Manages and tracks the progress of multiple development projects to include administration, work plans, resource planning and control, status reports, and budgeting.
* Resolves information services problems by analyzing issues, discerning the most appropriate course of action, providing tactical direction and reallocating resources as necessary.
* Communicates status of activities with the team, peers, management and end-users.
* Selects, develops and motivates assigned staff.
IT Development Manager - eCommerce Requirements:
* 7 plus years' experience in web development (.Net/SQL environment); 3-5 of which is in a leader/team lead capacity.
* 3-5 years B2B e-Commerce experience
* Experience in systems development and project management.
* Experience in a matrix management environment.
* Experience with large complete commerce applications
* Experience with punchout from B2B sites to Coupa, Ariba, etc
* Experience with integrating to large ERP Applications
* Experience supporting full scale platform integrations with pricing, products, fulfillment
pluses:
* EPiServer commerce experience
* Enterprise environment experience is preferred
